Transport information
Order processing
At mimocos.com, we process orders only on weekdays (except Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Processing orders takes approximately 1 to 2 business days to ship. In times of high demand, it may take up to 5 additional business days for the order to ship.

Note: Occasional delays in processing time or cancellation of orders may occur when purchased goods are returned or out of stock. We are not responsible for any delays due to weather, lack of address information, holidays and / or carrier complications.

Project availability
mimocos.com may cancel your order or partial order if the item is out of stock and is no longer available. If your complete order is canceled due to an out of stock item, you will receive an email.

In the absence of some orders, mimocos.com will delete the out-of-stock items from your order and will ship the remaining items. You will not be charged for ordering out of stock items and will be notified via email.

sale tax
The applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipped to New york and out-of-state.

Validation and shipping
When placing an order, be sure to use the billing information (name, surname, billing address) and contact information that appears on your credit card statement. If your information does not match the information on your credit card, your order will be placed on hold pending verification. When specifying shipping address, be sure to check zip code, city and state are correct. If the information does not match the delivery service record, we may need to contact you to update the information.

To ensure the best shopping experience, we use USPS and UPS to provide our packages.

Note: Please double check and make sure shipping information and address is correct, deliverable and complete (suite, apartment, room, etc.).
